Onboarding & Customer Support Manager – Paid & Social Media Marketing Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist and enhance the experience for eCommerce and agency clients

• Evaluate current setups, pinpoint optimization possibilities, and integrate DatAds more seamlessly into daily workflows

• Host regular client meetings

• Offer client assistance through Slack

• Guide clients on strategic matters concerning creatives and campaigns

• Discover growth potential with current clients

• Actively reach out to dormant or previous leads through the CRM

• Develop copy, emails, and brief updates for customer retention, success communications, and support for sales initiatives

• Collaborate closely with founders Max and Daniel

• Share ideas and consistently enhance internal processes

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance advertising

• Proficiency with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok

• Experience in both hands-on campaign management and strategic campaign formulation

• Ideally, background working in an agency or as a freelancer

• Practical mindset and effective problem-solving skills

• Growth-oriented outlook and self-driven

• Confident and personable communication style, both in writing and during video calls

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
