This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Capture both short-form and long-form videos, including talking-head segments, b-roll, on-location, and in-studio shoots.
β’ Set up and operate lighting, framing, and audio equipment to ensure clean, professional video capture.
β’ Edit videos for YouTube (long-form) and Reels / Shorts / TikTok (short-form), focusing on pacing, storytelling, sound, captions, and hooks.
β’ Transform raw footage and concepts into polished, on-brand content with a quick turnaround.
β’ Manage and organize video footage, projects, and an expanding asset library.
β’ Contribute creative ideas to the team β you are a creative collaborator, not just someone who pushes buttons.
β’ A showreel or portfolio that showcases both short-form social media and long-form work.
β’ Proficient in camera operation β capable of lighting and framing a shoot, not just editing.
β’ Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut (we value quality over specific tools).
β’ Basic skills in motion graphics or simple animation (familiarity with presets and templates).
β’ Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines without needing reminders.
β’ Located on or near the Gold Coast and available for live-action shoots in person.
β’ Knowledgeable about the social media content landscape and able to identify trends to contribute your own creative ideas.
β’ Equipment is provided [though having your own is a plus] β just arrive and start creating.
β’ Direct access to the founder and true creative ownership (no agency barriers).
β’ A part-time position that is intended to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate.
β’ An opportunity to help build something significant β be a foundational member of an in-house creative team, rather than just a cog in someone else's machine.
