This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Oversee the production of animated video projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring they are completed within set timelines and schedules.
• Create and maintain comprehensive production schedules, milestones, workflows, and tracking for deliverables.
• Facilitate production activities among project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), scriptwriters, storyboard artists, animators, voice talent, editors, and Government stakeholders.
• Supervise all stages of production, including pre-production planning, storyboarding, animation, narration recording, editing, quality assurance, revisions, and final delivery.
• Ensure that production efforts are in line with approved scripts, creative direction, scientific evidence, and Government standards.
• Track production progress, identify potential schedule risks or resource limitations, and take corrective actions to uphold project timelines.
• Coordinate Government review processes and ensure that stakeholder feedback is incorporated into the final production outputs.
• Ensure all video products adhere to established standards for quality, accessibility, branding, and technical requirements.
• Confirm that multimedia content accurately portrays current clinical evidence and approved educational messaging related to trauma, PTSD, evidence-based treatments, and co-occurring conditions.
• Ensure that visual and audio materials are respectful, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and suitable for diverse audiences, including Veterans and those who have experienced trauma.
• Maintain production documentation, schedules, version control, approvals, and project records throughout the lifecycle of the production.
• Assist in distribution planning by preparing final production files that are suitable for web, social media, presentations, and various digital communication platforms.
• Collaborate with Government personnel to ensure that deliverables align with public education initiatives, such as PTSD Awareness Month campaigns and clinical outreach efforts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Film, Digital Media, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience managing video or multimedia production projects pertinent to the requirements of this task order.
• Proven experience in overseeing video production from the planning stage through to final delivery.
