Video Game Translator, Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Translate video game content, including full titles and game updates, sometimes collaborating with other Translators.

• Translate marketing materials and other promotional content related to games.

• Review the work of other Translators to ensure the highest quality of text.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Native Japanese speaker with a strong enthusiasm for language and cultural subtleties.**

• **Proficient in English, enabling participation in interview video calls with our Vendor Manager.**

• **Capability to issue invoices.**

• At least 6 months of translation experience in the video game industry.

• Freelance registration is advised.

• Experience in subtitle translation and LQA will be advantageous.
