This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete video editing process for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Utilize tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Higgs, and various AI applications.

• Produce compelling AI and non-AI videos aimed at maximizing views, engagement, and sales.

• Design graphics and static imagery.

• Implement social media trends, principles of virality, music, b-roll footage, special effects, and optimal camera positioning.

• Enhance the production of high-performing videos to boost organic visibility and support sales efforts.

• Analyze performance dashboards and generate straightforward weekly performance reports.

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in video editing.

• A portfolio showcasing high-performing video content.

• Extensive understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.

• Knowledgeable about virality and data-informed video production.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malay.

• Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboard analysis.

• Capability to create simple weekly performance reports.
