Video Editor – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Video Editor to produce high-converting direct response advertisements for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and various other paid channels.

• This role is not centered on cinematic editing; our focus is on hooks, storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, and conversions. Each edit must be designed to drive sales.

• You will collaborate closely with our Creative Strategists to transform scripts into engaging ads that capture attention, maintain viewer interest, and encourage purchases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in editing videos for DTC eCommerce brands (mandatory)

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-performing direct response advertisements

• You invest time to fully comprehend the script prior to editing, adeptly identifying ideal visuals, B-roll, UGC clips, stock footage, AI-generated elements, and motion graphics that enhance each line of the script.

• Outstanding storytelling and pacing capabilities. We prefer to hire individuals with strong creative intuition over those who rely solely on flashy transitions.

• Strong knowledge of leading DTC brands such as Hismile, Ryze, Grüns, IM8, Seranova, and other performance-oriented brands

• Experience working with various types of consumer brands or actively researching successful ads to understand their effectiveness.

• Highly skilled in AI editing processes. You frequently utilize AI to create realistic A-roll, AI actors, B-roll, product scenes, voiceovers, images, 3D animations, and other creative assets that enhance production quality and efficiency.

• You possess a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and AppLovin creative, having spent considerable time analyzing top-performing ads, creators, and trends.

• Strong grasp of organic content formats and social media trends

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Capable of working full-time in a dynamic remote environment

• Open to receiving feedback and able to iterate quickly
