📋 Description

• Edit long-form YouTube videos using raw footage.

• Produce captivating short-form videos for platforms such as Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Implement pacing, b-roll, captions, motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and other visual enhancements.

• Identify viral segments within long-form content.

• Craft engaging hooks, titles, captions, and on-screen text.

• Optimize videos to maximize engagement and platform performance.

• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks.

• Create supplementary graphics while ensuring consistent branding.

• Upload and schedule content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Confirm that content adheres to platform best practices in formatting.

• Keep track of trends and suggest innovative content ideas.

• Analyze successful formats and continually enhance creative output.

• Maintain well-organized project files, footage libraries, naming conventions, and archives to facilitate an efficient production workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience.

• A strong portfolio that showcases both long-form YouTube content and short-form vertical videos.

• Proven experience in editing high-volume social media content.

• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects.

• Experience in creating motion graphics and text animations.

• Strong skills in Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.

• Solid audio editing capabilities, including noise reduction, audio leveling, music selection, and sound design.

• Experience with creating captions and subtitles.

• Knowledge of best practices for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• A reliable internet connection.

• A computer capable of efficiently editing 4K footage.

• Nice to have: experience in editing health, wellness, or medical content.

• Nice to have: familiarity with compliance-sensitive messaging.

• Nice to have: experience using AI editing tools such as Opus Clip, Descript, and ElevenLabs.

• Nice to have: experience editing content for founders or personal brands.

• Nice to have: familiarity with paid social media creative and ad variations.
