This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit VSLs and UGC ads for paid advertisements on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

• Employ direct response editing strategies, utilizing compelling hooks, pattern interrupts, and pacing focused on viewer retention.

• Incorporate captions, text overlays, and calls to action that are optimized for silent and mobile viewing experiences.

• Integrate B-roll footage to enhance storytelling and sustain viewer interest.

• Collaborate directly with UGC creators through text communication to collect raw footage and provide creative direction.

• Maintain a production rate of around 250 edited videos weekly.

• Analyze ad performance metrics and refine edits to enhance hook rates, viewer retention, and conversion rates.

• Keep updated on the latest Meta ad creative trends and best practices in direct response editing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in editing VSLs and UGC ads specifically for US Meta advertisements on multi-eight-figure e-commerce brands; a portfolio or reel is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of direct response creative editing methods, including hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing for retention, and calls to action.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication with creators and team members.

• Capability to consistently deliver a high volume of work at a fast pace, approximately 250 videos weekly, without compromising on quality.

• Comfortable utilizing performance data to guide creative decisions effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage a large volume of assets and meet deadlines.

• A reliable internet connection.

• Editing software and hardware that can support high-output workflows.
