This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Seamlessly manipulate and edit film segments.

• Understand production briefs and the specific needs of the production team.

• Analyze shooting scripts and raw footage to develop shot decision lists.

• Trim footage and compile film sequences.

• Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, and effects into the final product.

• Produce rough and final cuts while ensuring quality control.

• Maintain logical sequencing and smooth transitions across all deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders during production and post-production to ensure brand and narrative consistency.

• Explore and adopt new editing technologies and industry best practices.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of video ad creation, from strategic planning and concept development to editing and optimization.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video editing and/or digital advertising, specifically with a focus on video ads.

• Demonstrated success in producing high-performing video ads for online platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X.

• Skilled in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects.

• Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in agencies or companies focused on online marketing is preferred.

• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

• Capability to manage ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

• A standout portfolio or equivalent practical experience is highly regarded.

• Proficient in editing video content related to the intimate apparel fashion niche, including lingerie and shapewear.
