This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit videos for YouTube, behind-the-scenes content, as well as both long-form and short-form materials.

• Generate clips for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and fan-oriented pages.

• Edit lyric videos, visualizers, and music-centric content.

• Assist in uncovering the story, humor, emotion, or chaos within raw footage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess substantial experience in editing YouTube videos and/or content tailored for social media.

• Have a strong grasp of pacing, audience retention, hooks, subtitles, sound design, and comedic timing.

• Capable of editing in various styles: vlogs, documentaries, lyric videos, clip edits, behind-the-scenes, and music content.

• Able to transform straightforward footage into engaging material.

• Comfortable managing large files and working with extensive raw footage.

• Exhibit strong creative instincts and the ability to propose enhanced cuts, moments, or formats.

• Be dependable, organized, and driven by deadlines.

• Have a solid understanding of internet culture, fan edits, meme pacing, and social media formats.
