This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire post-production workflow from raw footage to the final product.

• Edit high-quality promotional videos tailored for various digital platforms.

• Execute color correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics, visual effects, and captioning.

• Deliver refined content that is optimized for both organic and paid marketing initiatives.

• Create captivating short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Produce customer testimonial videos, project highlights, educational materials, and promotional content.

• Edit high-converting advertising creatives for Meta platforms.

• Optimize videos according to best practices for each platform and audience behavior.

• Develop reusable branded templates including intros, lower thirds, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.

• Ensure visual consistency across all company content.

• Assist in establishing and evolving the company's video style guide.

• Organize and manage the company's video asset library.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional video editing experience.

• A strong portfolio or demo reel that showcases both short-form social media content and long-form branded videos.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Advanced experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve, particularly in motion graphics.

• Comprehensive understanding of color grading, sound design, transitions, typography, and storytelling.

• Experience in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and paid social media advertising.

• Fluent in Spanish and possess professional working proficiency in English.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Strong communication abilities with a proactive approach to project ownership.
