This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete post-production process for all Advisory Practice testimonial videos and workshop (L1, L3) recordings.
• Transform raw workshop footage into refined testimonial advertisements, Video Sales Letters (VSLs), and marketing materials at a high volume while ensuring consistent quality.
• Intake, categorize, and prioritize incoming footage according to established advertisement formats and marketing goals.
• Keep an organized backlog of ready-to-publish assets, ensuring the AP marketing team always has creative materials available for deployment.
• Work within the automated AI short-form pipeline developed by the Media team — this is essential for achieving throughput targets.
• Leverage AI tools for rough cuts, transcription, audio cleanup, captioning, and clip repurposing as an integral part of your daily workflow, rather than as an additional task.
• Provide feedback to enhance the AI pipeline as you utilize it; identify what functions well and what requires improvement.
• Regularly implement AI-assisted workflows to reduce editing cycles without compromising quality or compliance standards.
• Edit to meet direct-response standards: hooks, pacing, emotional arcs, and clear calls to action that encourage program consideration.
• Adhere to ACQ Media file naming conventions, server workflows, and asset management standards from the outset.
• Ensure FTC-compliant disclaimer standards are maintained on all testimonial content in accordance with internal compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Advisory Practice marketing team on creative direction, advertisement testing priorities, and revision feedback.
• Achieve weekly output goals for advertisement volume — this is a production-focused role where speed is crucial.
• Communicate any obstacles promptly and keep project boards updated to prevent any tasks from slipping through the cracks.
• Adapt to Media team content projects when the Advisory Practice workload decreases.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing direct-response or performance marketing content (ads, VSLs, testimonials are highly preferred).
• Proven experience with AI-assisted editing tools and automated workflows — you should have practical experience rather than just being "open to learning."
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is an advantage.
• Experience editing testimonial, interview, or event footage at scale.
• Understanding of direct-response advertisement structure: hooks, benefit stacking, social proof framing, and calls to action.
• Comfortable working within structured project management systems (such as Monday.com or similar tools).
• Alignment with ACQ Media's naming conventions, server workflows, and production standards (covered during onboarding — a willingness to learn and adhere to these guidelines is essential).
• Flexible Unlimited Paid Time Off and Company-wide Holidays
• Employer-sponsored Medical, Dental, & Vision plans
• $1,950 annual Employer HSA contribution
• FSA options including dependent care
• Employee assistance program and mental health resources
• Employer match program for 401(k), available for both Traditional and Roth accounts
• $1,200 annual wellness reimbursement through JOON that supports health, family care, pet care, fitness, and more!
• For local or visiting team members, enjoy access to a state-of-the-art gym at our HQ in Las Vegas
