Vice President – Cyber Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance long-lasting relationships with executive stakeholders and key enterprise clients.

• Act as a trusted advisor during significant cybersecurity incidents, executive briefings, and strategic interactions.

• Facilitate executive communications and manage escalations during high-stakes occurrences.

• Drive business and technology decisions through strategic consulting and industry knowledge.

• Ensure exceptional delivery standards throughout intricate consulting projects.

• Define and implement the long-term vision for the consulting practice.

• Establish the service vision, operational priorities, and innovation initiatives that promote business growth.

• Align consulting operations with organizational goals and market needs.

• Promote continuous enhancement across delivery methodologies, governance, and client satisfaction.

• Take ownership of business growth targets and assist in fostering strategic partnerships, expanding enterprise accounts, and exploring new market opportunities.

• Contribute to significant proposals, executive presentations, and high-value client initiatives.

• Guide and mentor senior consulting leaders, including Directors and Principals.

• Cultivate a high-performance culture and drive succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability enhancement.

• Advocate for employee engagement, coaching, and professional development programs.

• Represent the organization at conferences, executive forums, webinars, and industry events.

• Enhance the firm's reputation through thought leadership, strategic alliances, and market influence.

• Convert emerging cybersecurity trends into business strategies and client value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, incident response, cyber resilience, or related fields.

• More than 8 years of executive leadership experience managing consulting organizations, business units, or enterprise professional services teams.

• Proven track record in managing large consulting portfolios and executive client relationships.

• Experience driving business growth initiatives, revenue goals, and strategic account development.

• Established capability to lead Directors, senior consulting leaders, and cross-functional executive teams.

• Strong background in delivery governance, operational excellence, and organizational leadership.

• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience publicly representing an organization through conferences, publications, or industry leadership engagements.
