Vice President – Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Golden Child's business execution, strategic planning, and internal operating systems.

• Oversee and implement Golden Child's AI-first operational framework.

• Collaborate across the organization to transform data into decisions, convert decisions into priorities, and execute on those priorities.

• Report directly to the CEO.

• Direct the organization's operational cadence and ensure execution excellence.

• Work with the executive team to prioritize initiatives, define ownership and accountability, and facilitate rapid implementation.

• Manage the execution and integration of the AI-driven operating system.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams on system development and lead the organization-wide adoption and enablement.

• Identify key signals from both internal and external data and convert them into actionable insights and company priorities.

• Oversee the measurement and forecasting of customer lifetime value and acquisition economics.

• Manage retention strategies, revenue forecasting, acquisition attribution, and incrementality.

• Lead FP&A and demand planning using a data-driven approach to forecasting and business strategy.

• 7–10 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, strategic finance, or financial forecasting.

• In-depth expertise in driving execution and managing intricate cross-functional initiatives.

• Outstanding analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into impactful business decisions.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI to significantly enhance workflows, analysis, and decision-making processes.

• Experience in building and scaling systems within high-growth organizations.

• Systems thinker capable of functioning at both the strategic and operational levels.

• Strong enthusiasm for scaling consumer-focused businesses.
