Vendor Risk Management Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with BBH staff across various roles to evaluate vendor relationships.

• Assist in the creation of Vendor Service Requests.

• Perform due diligence reviews and assess vendor risks.

• Oversee ongoing vendor relationships and resolve any delays.

• Analyze weekly OFAC/Sanctions & Negative News screening alerts.

• Prepare documentation for VMC meetings and communications.

• Implement improvements to the Firm’s Vendor Risk Management (VRM) system.

• Provide support for audits and preparations for regulatory examinations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.

• Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.

• A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.

• Outstanding time management, planning, and organizational abilities.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with GRC or Vendor Risk Management systems is a plus.

• Certification as a Third Party Risk Professional is preferred but not mandatory.
