
Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.
• Perform monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships within designated deadlines.
• Travel to various dealerships to assess used vehicle fleets, documenting VIN, equipment configuration, pricing, and mileage.
• Carry out necessary visual inspections and meticulously record vehicle and audit data.
• Provide prompt and precise data for audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
• Operate independently while adhering to quality benchmarks and meeting deadlines.
• Capability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi internet access for data submission.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage.
• Self-driven with excellent time management abilities.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the designated vehicle inventory route.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 miles for scheduled audit tasks.
• Proficiency in using necessary tablet-based applications and systems.
• Adequate availability during daytime hours on weekdays for ongoing monthly inventories and scheduled audit assignments.
• Video interview is mandatory.
