This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the specified deadline.
• Travel to automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle fleets.
• Record each vehicle’s VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.
• Carry out necessary visual inspections.
• Accurately document vehicle and audit details.
• Submit timely and precise data to facilitate audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
• Work independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Access to a personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet for data submission.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Must reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route.
• Ability to travel up to 30 miles for assigned audit tasks.
• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems.
• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays for recurring monthly inventory and scheduled audit tasks.
• Video interview is a prerequisite.
• No prior automotive experience is necessary.
