This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.
• Perform monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by designated deadlines.
• Travel to automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle fleets.
• Record VIN, equipment specifications, pricing, and mileage for each vehicle.
• Carry out necessary visual inspections.
• Precisely document vehicle and audit details.
• Provide timely and accurate data for audit programs, reporting, and automotive market assessment.
• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Personal mobile and/or Wi-Fi internet access for data submission.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to live within a reasonable driving distance of the assigned vehicle inventory route.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles for scheduled audit tasks.
• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems.
• Adequate availability during daytime hours on weekdays for regular monthly inventory and audit responsibilities.
• Self-driven with excellent time management abilities.
• Video interview is necessary.
