UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and analyze user requirements with a customer-centric focus, transforming insights into robust UX concepts and strategies.

• Create UX/UI designs for applications and websites that work seamlessly across multiple devices.

• Develop customer journeys, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.

• Prepare presentations of concepts and lead workshops with clients and internal teams.

• Manage complex projects in close collaboration with senior designers and cross-functional teams, including development and product management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within a digital agency setting.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in media design, interaction design, information design, interface design, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and create designs for digital applications and mobile platforms.

• Strong understanding of the technical architecture of websites and digital products.

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems along with a solid grasp of systematic, scalable design practices.

• Proficient and regular use of standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Comprehensive knowledge of common UX methodologies, agile working practices, and established design workflows.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
