UX/Product Lead, Core Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the UX/product strategy for baesh, focusing on onboarding, discovery, event flows, community interactions, and retention loops.

• Transform the company vision into a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritized by its effect on activation, engagement, and retention (MAU).

• Establish success metrics, formulate hypotheses, and design experiments.

• Conduct frequent user interviews and usability tests, particularly targeting Gen Z and young millennials.

• Develop concise research plans and translate them into actionable product strategies.

• Create and sustain feedback mechanisms: surveys, in-app prompts, churn analysis, and insights driven by the community.

• Design essential workflows and interaction patterns with meticulous attention to detail and user enjoyment.

• Enhance engagement through “fun” elements: gamification, spontaneity, social mechanics, and micro-interactions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure rapid delivery with high-quality UX.

• Work together on AI-assisted workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/Product Design or Product Management with substantial UX ownership.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing activation and retention through product iterations rather than merely aesthetic improvements.

• Comfort in navigating early-stage environments.

• Exceptional UX skills: flows, interaction design, usability, and visual refinement.

• Strong product acumen: prioritization, experimentation, metrics, and understanding user behavior.

• Capability to conduct user interviews autonomously and translate insights into actionable enhancements.

• Proficiency in German is required (you will be responsible for researching and validating with German-speaking users).
