UX Writer – Intern

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of content for CRM channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp;

• Engage in the design and enhancement of communication journeys aimed at improving customer experience;

• Work together with design, planning, and data teams to create more impactful messaging;

• Review and edit content to guarantee clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand tone;

• Aid in A/B copy testing and performance evaluation;

• Offer suggestions and foster continuous enhancements to communications and experiences;

• Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs;

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onwards in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Languages (Letras), or related disciplines;

• Passion for writing, communication, and user experience;

• Proficient writing skills with a strong command of the Portuguese language;

• Highly organized and detail-focused;

• Genuine eagerness to learn and develop;

• Comfortable collaborating within a team environment;

• Curious about understanding user and customer behavior;

• Interested in CRM, customer journeys, and data-driven communication methodologies;

• **Differentials:**

• Interest in or foundational knowledge of UX Writing or Copywriting;

• Experience in digital marketing or CRM;

• Basic understanding of customer journeys;

• Previous experience in CRM and/or copywriting, editing, or content production;

• Interest in data analysis and testing methodologies (A/B testing, campaign performance);
