UX Designer, Digital Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and enhancement of user experiences across various web and digital platforms.

• Develop wireframes, layouts, mockups, and other UX/UI design materials.

• Design content for social media and create digital assets for numerous platforms.

• Convert business requirements and user expectations into engaging, visually appealing digital experiences.

• Collaborate with senior designers and creative leads to implement established design concepts and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Create and modify graphics, images, and other assets for web, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Integrate feedback from stakeholders and senior designers into design updates.

• Ensure consistency across digital experiences, social content, and branding materials.

• Participate in design evaluations and work together with marketing, social, content, and digital teams.

• Conduct basic quality assurance to verify that designs are precise and ready for digital release.

• Oversee dynamic user experiences from research through concept, content development, and design.

• Generate user stories, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX design, digital design, graphic design, or a similar creative field.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A portfolio showcasing experience in UX, web/digital design, and social media content.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools.

• Knowledge of core UX/UI principles, including layout, hierarchy, usability, and responsive design.

• Preferred experience in creating digital and social media assets.

• Strong visual design capabilities with a keen eye for typography, imagery, and brand uniformity.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to take creative direction, implement feedback, and juggle multiple projects.

• Eagerness to continue enhancing skills in UX, digital, and social media design.

• Must reside and work within the United States.

• Must have full authorization to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship.
