UX Designer – Design Systems, AI Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the design system library

• Collaborate closely with the wider team to improve design tools

• Proactively investigate and implement AI-driven tools and workflows

• Collaborate with developers to ensure coherence between design and code repositories

• Conduct audits and cleanup processes to remove inconsistencies

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design

• Impressive portfolio showcasing a focus on design systems and operational workflows

• Excellent proficiency in Figma

• Experience with or a willingness to explore AI tools

• Knowledge of design systems and engineering tools

• Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Capability to work with remote, global teams
