UX & Conversion Architect – Climate Dividends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Transform an expert platform into a user-friendly conversion engine.

• Evaluate the current user journey to pinpoint areas of friction.

• Reorganize the information architecture for enhanced clarity.

• Redesign calls-to-action to foster user engagement.

• Ensure and monitor analytics tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• UX/UI specialist with a strong business acumen and a focus on conversion.

• Skilled in Webflow and preferably familiar with Claude Code.

• General understanding of ESG, impact, and sustainable finance.

• Specific expertise in avoided emissions / carbon accounting is advantageous.

• Capable of suggesting 'High Impact / Low Dev' enhancements.
