UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and developing the product design roadmap, objectives, and vision for the Bynow product.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product and Engineering leads to represent the Design Team, spearhead design initiatives, and provide input during product planning.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure accurate design implementation in production.

• Contribute to the enhancement and development of an effective workflow for the Design Team.

• Strengthen the research process to ensure it leads to actionable insights that can persuade stakeholders.

• Produce clear design documentation and help establish processes to facilitate seamless collaboration.

• Communicate effectively and assertively with team members, leadership, or management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in UI/UX or product design.

• Possess an online portfolio showcasing a variety of interactive samples.

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including design thinking frameworks, and able to adopt a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in conducting user research using various methods and the ability to translate research findings into actionable results.

• Proficient in User Interface and User Experience Design for web, mobile, or touch devices.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Products (Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator), Marvel, Zeplin, Abstract, or other design software.

• Capability to prototype and present design concepts to broader stakeholders using tools like inVision, Principle, or Framer.

• Commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.

• Working knowledge of common mobile and front-end web development.
