Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the cash management and forecasting processes.

• Play a role in shaping the global cash management strategy.

• Address issues related to fraudulent payments and exceptions in payments.

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of high-priority payments through bank websites.

• Create reports for supporting teams.

• Oversee bank service fees and tackle any quality concerns.

• Engage in cross-functional Finance projects as required.

• Collaborate with other business units to aid management in addressing their inquiries.

• Assist in preparing data for audits.

• Manage high-priority wire payments – develop proficiency in processing wires through banking platforms within designated turnaround times and before cutoff times.

• Fund various accounts across different banks – Understand the fundamentals of Cash Positioning and secure approvals from authorized personnel for account funding.

• Decision-making – Quickly familiarize yourself with the various Treasury processes to build confidence in making decisions regarding wire processes and check approvals across different banks.

• Timely Delivery of Daily Cash Report – Acquire skills to prepare the report in collaboration with the reporting manager and other team members, ensuring accurate and timely daily delivery without fail.

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in Finance or Treasury is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in the US industry is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and limited supervision.

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize while responding promptly to requests.

• Strong collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Background in banking, transaction processing, or financial processes.
