Travel Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, interacting with individuals in their residences.

• Travel up to 100% of the time within a specified coverage area.

• Perform virtual visits as necessary.

• Deliver all Signify Health services as outlined.

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as required.
