Transformation Architect – Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for projects and budgets related to technical data migrations.

• Guide the team on client and partner initiatives within the framework of S/4HANA transformations.

• Independently facilitate and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for international projects.

• Create technical concepts and gather customer needs and requests.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts with strong expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a technical or business-oriented discipline (or equivalent qualification).

• Relevant process knowledge in at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD).

• Experience in leading and organizing both technical and disciplinary aspects of IT projects (using waterfall and agile methodologies).

• A technical understanding of various migration strategies to S/4HANA (Brownfield, Greenfield, SDT) is beneficial.

• Familiarity with migration tools (such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW, Natuvion DCS, or similar) is advantageous.

• Programming abilities in an object-oriented language are a plus.

• Proficient in German and possess good English skills, both written and spoken.
