Trainer, SAP S/4HANA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from the WBS LearnSpace 3D® home office

• Design and implement a variety of teaching methods for effective course delivery

• Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate learning outcomes

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for innovative concepts in personalized and practice-oriented knowledge transfer

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree

• Professional experience as a consultant with relevant project experience

• Background as a trainer, preferably in subsidized continuing education and online instruction

• Current certification in SAP S/4HANA

• Evidence of pedagogical proficiency (e.g., P2WTTT certificate, AEVO)

• Strong methodical and didactic skills for conveying instructional content

• Independent and structured approach to work with a high level of personal responsibility

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork
