Business Excellence Specialist – Processes, SAP ERP (FI/CO)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact and steward for all SAP business rules and configurations;

• Collect business requirements from internal stakeholders, converting requests into solutions and configurations within the SAP and ERP environment;

• Serve as the intermediary between business units and technical/development teams, ensuring effective alignment and delivery of solutions;

• Guarantee the quality, standardization, and governance of functional documentation, reducing errors and rework;

• Record processes, configurations, and system modifications, keeping an up-to-date knowledge repository;

• Create intricate test scenarios and manage end-to-end user acceptance testing alongside key users (UAT);

• Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvement and optimization within integrated financial processes and cycles;

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines;

• Advanced expertise in SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) with experience in S/4HANA (including SAP Fiori navigation);

• Strong background in drafting detailed technical and functional specifications (BRD - Business Requirement Document and FS - Functional Specification);

• Comprehensive end-to-end knowledge of financial cycles (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Treasury, Cash Flow, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets);

• Technical insight into the integration of the financial ecosystem with procurement (MM) and sales (SD) modules;

• Preferred / Nice-to-have:

• Official SAP certification (FI or CO modules);

• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian tax/fiscal legislation (taxes, NF-e, SPED, EFD-Reinf) and audit/internal control standards (SOX);

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for strategic reporting;

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools and corporate Office applications;

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;

• Proficient in English at an advanced level;
