Trainer – No-Code Apps for Business Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Guide participants in developing a functional no-code application to support a modeled business process, including showcasing the final product.

• Foster active participation with learning materials and their practical implementation.

• Encourage discussions about acquired knowledge using innovative formats.

• Inspire participants and cultivate a positive learning and working atmosphere.

• Oversee individual assignments within the context of project work.

• Assess project outcomes.

• Assist in the ongoing development of the product.

• Mentor learners in a flipped-classroom approach.

• Instruct on no-code business process automation and AI agents in online sessions from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in no-code business process automation and AI agents (minimum of 2 years).

• Extensive practical experience in business process automation and in creating no-code applications for business workflows.

• Degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field, and/or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong knowledge in developing simple applications to support processes, along with the ability to explain them effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of database structures and data modeling.

• Proficiency in user flows and UX, with practical demonstration skills.

• Experience in onboarding users to the tool and confidently teaching its functionalities.

• Solid understanding of integrations with other tools and the ability to explain their applications clearly.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.

• Capability to effectively utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance automation processes.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer, preferably in the context of publicly funded continuing education.

• Employ innovative teaching methods to engage learners during synchronous online sessions.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• Excellent command of the training language German (C2).
