Trainer – No-Code Apps for Business Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist participants in developing a functional no-code application that aligns with a modeled business process and guide them in its presentation.

• Foster active participation with the learning materials and their practical implementation.

• Encourage discussions regarding the knowledge acquired through innovative formats.

• Inspire participants and cultivate a positive atmosphere for learning and collaboration.

• Provide support for individual assignments as part of project activities.

• Evaluate project work.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the product.

• Conduct teaching sessions from a home office utilizing a flipped-classroom approach.

• Mentor learners throughout their personal learning journeys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding proficiency in German as the primary language of instruction (C2).

• Several years of professional experience in no-code business process automation and AI agents (minimum of 2 years).

• Extensive hands-on experience in business process automation and the development of no-code applications for business processes.

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration/Economics, or a related field, along with equivalent professional experience.

• Strong understanding of creating simple applications to facilitate processes and the ability to articulate these concepts clearly.

• Comprehensive knowledge of database structures and data modeling.

• Proficient in user guidance and user experience (UX), with the capability to demonstrate these principles in practice.

• Experience in introducing tools and confidently instructing on their functionalities.

• Solid understanding of integrations with other tools and the ability to clearly explain their applications.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.

• Ability to effectively utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance automation processes.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer, preferably in the realm of publicly funded continuing education.
