Trainer for SAP S/4HANA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you embody your area of expertise with enthusiasm and insight.

• The main objective is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• Create and deliver lessons both as a content presenter and as a learning facilitator/coach.

• Conduct subject-specific instruction from your home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D.

• Develop and implement a variety of teaching methods for effective course delivery.

• Prepare and administer learner assessments.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.

• Passionate about innovative approaches to personalized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree.

• Professional and project experience as a consultant.

• Experience as a trainer, preferably in publicly funded continuing education and online instruction.

• A current SAP S/4HANA certification.

• Evidence of pedagogical qualifications (e.g., P2WTTT certificate, AEVO).

• Methodological and didactic expertise in presenting instructional content.

• Independent and organized work style with a high level of personal responsibility.

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for teamwork.
