• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration

• A keen interest in business processes, particularly those related to HR

• Preferably, some initial SAP experience gained through an internship or student position

• Openness to working in IT consulting and willingness to travel

• Proficient in both German and English
