TMP Planner, NZ Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) tailored to project specifications and site conditions.

• Analyze project information to create effective traffic management strategies.

• Submit plans and necessary documentation through approval and compliance channels.

• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to collect information and provide progress updates.

• Track approvals, modifications, and deadlines to ensure projects remain on target.

• Keep precise records, documentation, and version control of plans.

• Ensure that all plans adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance planning processes and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in traffic management, construction, infrastructure, planning, engineering support, drafting, or a related discipline.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to work with precision.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet various deadlines.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in creating Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).

• Familiarity with permit applications, compliance documentation, or approval procedures.

• Experience utilizing planning, drafting, CAD, or project management software.

• Exposure to construction, transportation, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
