This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

• Conduct audits on incoming transactions for both in-state and out-of-state deals.

• Verify documentation against DMV regulations, alerting customers and the DMV as per company protocols.

• Provide assistance to team members regarding the processing of registration and title documentation.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to inform them of discrepancies, missing paperwork, and important deadlines.

• The auditor is tasked with thoroughly reviewing all documents that have been electronically submitted by the second line business partner.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Preferred candidates will have a strong understanding of registration and title processes in line with State laws.

• Proven expertise in processing procedures for dealer title work, including new and used vehicles, salvage vehicles, and imported vehicles.

• Familiarity with the Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) program (e-filing).

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of DMV and state regulations related to registration processing is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

• Exceptional time management abilities.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
