This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Conduct audits on incoming transactions for both in-state and out-of-state deals.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with DMV policies, informing customers and the DMV as required by company protocols.
• Provide support to team members regarding the processing of registration and title documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on errors, missing documents, and deadlines.
• The auditor is tasked with carefully examining all documents that have been electronically submitted by the secondary business partner.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred strong understanding of registration and title processes in line with State regulations.
• Proven knowledge of procedures for processing dealer titles, including for new, used, salvage, and imported vehicles.
• Familiarity with the Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) program (e-filing).
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred knowledge of DMV and state laws related to registration processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Excellent skills in follow-up and problem-solving.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
