This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Delivers first-level support to Clinical Trials staff through phone, email, and chat.
• Processes requests and offers initial technical assistance.
• Engages with end users to clarify and establish requirements.
• Addresses various routine issues and escalates more complex problems.
• Native Hungarian speaker.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
• At least one (1) year of related experience or training.
• Familiarity with mainframe, distributed systems, PCs, LAN, or telecommunications equipment.
• Capability to conduct analysis and gather information to solve routine problems.
