This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Promote and sell products from Hubbell Wiring Device β Kellems
β’ Manage current business relationships while identifying new opportunities
β’ Conduct sales outreach to various clients within the assigned territory
β’ Schedule and execute product demonstrations
β’ Create budgetary estimates for projects
β’ Deliver timely expert service to end-users and distributors
β’ Provide training to distributor personnel
β’ Keep precise records in Salesforce and Concur
β’ Complete personal sales training as instructed
β’ A college degree is mandatory
β’ Four (4) years or more of relevant electrical product sales experience, or a High School diploma accompanied by ten (10) or more years of related electrical product sales experience
β’ Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and quotas
β’ Exceptional persuasive interpersonal abilities
β’ Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service
β’ Strong organizational capabilities
β’ Basic proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) software or sales tracking systems
β’ Capacity to work effectively within team environments
β’ Experience in electrical product sales is essential
β’ Preference for candidates with experience selling to electrical contractors
β’ Proficient in MS Office with strong presentation skills
