This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Spearhead growth initiatives within the Southern California area for industrial accounts.

• Propel profitable expansion and increase market presence in the designated region.

• Meet and surpass revenue and margin objectives for the territory.

• Enhance market share among current industrial accounts.

• Establish new direct customer connections in sectors such as forging, extrusion, forming, energy, and heavy industry.

• Foster growth in new equipment sales alongside aftermarket and service solutions.

• Cultivate technical and commercial partnerships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance leaders, and procurement teams.

• Discover opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, modernizations, and service contracts.

• Perform plant visits, system evaluations, and hydraulic assessments.

• Recognize service, repair, and field support opportunities.

• Collaborate with Field Service, Inside Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.

• Advocate for preventive maintenance programs and performance enhancements.

• Formulate and implement a structured plan for territory growth.

• Maintain effective CRM pipeline management and forecasting.

• Keep track of competitive activities and changes in the installed base.

• Provide consistent customer engagement and coverage.

• Ensure accurate quoting, scope alignment, and seamless project transitions.

• Represent the customer’s voice within the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience engaging directly with industrial clients.

• Expertise in hydraulics, fluid power systems, or industrial capital equipment.

• Proven experience in selling both equipment and service solutions.

• Demonstrated success in growing direct industrial accounts.

• Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.

• Familiarity with heavy industrial environments.

• Established industrial networks in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada.

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and lifecycle service models.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
