
Temporary Video Production Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report to the Senior Video Producer and assist in the post-production and pre-production processes for videos across all Anthropologie Group brands.
• Aid in the creation of post-production timelines for both internal teams and freelancers, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Liaise with editors, the Digital Design team, and marketing and social teams regarding the status of video projects.
• Daily monitoring of all post timelines and regular check-ins with teams for deadlines and deliveries.
• Review all final videos prior to delivery and distribute them through the Video Assets distribution email.
• Follow up with creative directors to obtain video feedback, ensuring that all feedback for editors is clear, concise, and provided promptly.
• Collaborate with the Senior Video Producer post-shoot to send footage to editors at the commencement of post-production.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on process enhancement.
• Prior experience working with video talent, including editors, directors of photography, and production crews.
• Proficient in booking freelance crew and talent.
• Strong grasp of video post-production timelines, processes, workflows, and knowledge of various video specifications and file types.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen sense of timing and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Must effectively convey needs and creative feedback.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative, creative, and inclusive learning environment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere is advantageous.
