Técnico Workplace N3 – Windows, macOS, Citrix VDI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Resolve complex incidents escalated from N2

• Manage Windows, macOS, and Citrix VDI environments

• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements

• Collaborate with manufacturers and Premium support

• Define procedures and provide technical guidance to other teams

• Participate in modernization and automation projects for the Workplace

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workplace Enterprise environments

• Experience as a N3 Technician or Workplace Specialist

• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Citrix VDI

• Experience with ITSM, ITIL, and root cause analysis

• Ability to manage critical incidents and escalations with manufacturers
