Senior iOS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop new features from the ground up in close partnership with design, product, and other engineering teams.

• Collaborate with the mobile team to design clean, reusable, and robust high-level architecture.

• Create unit tests for newly developed features and enhance coverage for existing ones.

• Maintain and refresh continuous integration (CI) tools.

• Troubleshoot bugs, monitor application performance, and ensure the health of the existing codebase.

• Engage in and lead code review sessions.

• Contribute to architectural decisions aimed at scaling the applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in iOS development.

• Proficient in Apple frameworks and best practices of object-oriented programming (OOP) design.

• Familiarity with modern Apple development tools, including the latest versions of Xcode and AI tools.

• Experience with SwiftUI and Concurrency.

• Strong grasp of OOP principles, networking, security, storage management, multi-threading, and app lifecycle management.

• Current knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI.

• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Experience in working with REST APIs.

• Acquainted with Apple developer tools and App Store Connect (formerly iTunes Connect).

• Proven experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
