Technology Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical authority and bridge between business needs and IT resources.

• Create project work plans, oversee technical resources, and guide execution to meet scope, quality, and performance benchmarks.

• Support multidisciplinary teams in establishing, communicating, and updating standards, data and AI governance, as well as enterprise-wide policies.

• Spearhead the development and dissemination of data policies pertaining to areas such as master data, data tagging and labeling, metadata, and data security.

• Coordinate teams and refine strategies to meet project goals.

• Evaluate intricate systems and devise solutions that improve operational efficiency and foster innovation.

• Ensure that technology investments align strategically with organizational goals and manage the technology portfolio effectively.

• Convert complex technical ideas into accessible language for stakeholders, promoting adoption through training and process documentation.

• Establish and oversee program priorities, objectives, procedures, and resource allocation.

• Engage with departmental leadership to ensure a mutual understanding of work plans, status updates, IT standards, change management, and other relevant processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Information Technology along with fifteen (15) years of professional IT experience.

• Must successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation.

• High level of proficiency in understanding and applying industry standards and best practices in data governance and data management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Technical backend expertise in using data quality tools is essential.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in managing project scope, risk, and schedule while providing structure, planning, and adhering to client’s system development standards for project preparation and execution.

• Proven experience in developing written guidance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), reports, briefings, and presentations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information and manage stakeholders effectively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
