Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather solution requirements and objectives from clients and stakeholders, then decompose them into functional specifications, encompassing use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Convert intricate data sets into solution-focused designs that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Sales Engineering, and Account Executives, to define and deliver customized solutions.

• Create and present materials to clients and stakeholders in the form of solution strategies, impact evaluations, and project updates.

• Act as the solution authority during the CXone pre-sales and implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in solution architecture.

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or customer engagement.

• Over 3 years of experience in the contact center space.

• Demonstrated expertise in integration architecture and solution design.

• Knowledge of AI and NLP technologies, preferably within the CX sector.

• Proven ability to navigate the entire sales cycle, emphasizing pre-sales and solution scoping.

• Experience with Cognigy or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, with the capability to adjust to changing priorities, demands, and timelines across various technologies and clients.

• Proficiency in translating solution functionalities and opportunities into clear, concise, and easily comprehensible functional documentation.

• Strong business insight to quickly grasp new solution processes and comprehend how technology aids the business in achieving revenue and profit objectives.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Ability to engage with remote clients and communicate effectively using virtual tools.

• Capability to manage deliverables across numerous projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
