Technology CSS Quality and Process Control Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Proactively establish, oversee, and assess the timely and accurate execution of control measures within various change request workflows.

• Ensure comprehensive and prompt documentation of process control activities and job aids within team sites and/or shared libraries.

• Responsible for delivering timely status updates to CSS leadership and generating reports at regular intervals (e.g., Quarterly reviews).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the implementation of process steps.

• Assess and document KPI/KRI for L3 processes.

• Conduct daily evaluations of CSS configuration build activities across platforms to ensure production changes align with business requests.

• Record and document the outcomes of build activity monitoring.

• Verify and validate system setups against business requirements to ensure precision and timeliness.

• Work in partnership with CSS design and build resources to address discrepancies between request requirements and system setups.

• Establish a consistent rhythm for vendor process reviews and documentation updates.

• Ensure compliance with performance SLAs and promptly escalate any issues to management.

• Engage in initiatives to enhance efficiency, boost team performance, and provide improvement recommendations when suitable.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and/or special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience related to Fiserv systems.

• Strong understanding of current Fiserv capabilities and products, including: PCF, DMM, DQ, Promos, Plastics, Statements, PCS, FD Query Tool, SharePoint, and Document Direct.

• Proficient working knowledge of product control files, decision management systems, and transfer action level processing for promotional settings.
