This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent handling and regulation of property and liability claims, focusing on building damages (both civil and structural engineering).
• Conducting on-site inspections and damage assessments.
• Ensuring a quality- and customer-focused claims processing.
• Coordination and communication with all relevant parties (insurers, policyholders, service providers, experts, etc.).
• Completed degree in engineering (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in one of the aforementioned fields.
• Solid knowledge in the area of building damages.
• Good understanding of civil and structural engineering is advantageous.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Class B driver's license.
