Technical Team Leader – DevOps, DevSecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Guide a technical team of full-stack DevOps/DevSecOps engineers.

• Establish technical direction across the entire stack.

• Conduct design and code reviews.

• Remove obstacles for the team and serve as the project manager.

• Manage the backlog and prioritize work based on client needs.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new engineers and offer coaching.

• Integrate security, compliance, and observability standards into project deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering.

• Minimum of 2 years leading a delivery team comprising 3 or more engineers.

• Recent hands-on coding experience within the last 12 months is essential.

• Extensive cloud architecture expertise with Azure and GCP.

• Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.

• Experience in designing CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of security frameworks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
