This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address customer concerns through various communication channels.
• Support customers with the Do It with Me setup process.
• Assist users in navigating diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to investigate and resolve issues.
• Create new accounts on Alarm.com by adhering to established protocols.
• Stay informed about technological advancements and industry trends.
• High School diploma or equivalent, with 2 - 3 years of related technical support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to effectively convey the value of Vector Security to current customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced technical skills to comprehend and articulate necessary procedures to customers.
• Must be able to acquire and sustain state licenses and technical certifications as required.
