IT Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Supervise comprehensive hardware asset management, covering procurement, lifecycle planning, and security compliance for all devices.

• Oversee laptop lifecycle procedures, which include collection, secure wiping, redeployment, and distribution to staff.

• Facilitate device provisioning and configuration to guarantee timely onboarding and conformity to organizational standards.

• Assess system performance, resolve hardware/software issues, and collaborate with vendors on repairs, updates, and patches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting IT systems for small to medium-sized enterprises.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on practical and effective solutions.

• High emotional intelligence and adaptability to interact with various stakeholders, including senior executives.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC, or comparable regulatory standards.
